No. Charlie lives inside the Claude you already use. There's no app to download and no separate account to manage.

›Do I need Claude Pro?

No. Charlie works on the free Claude plan. Free accounts can have one custom connector at a time, so Charlie would be it. Pro and Max let you add more alongside it.

›Where do I set it up?

On web or desktop Claude. Mobile setup is newer and still in beta, so for a connector like Charlie, set it up from a computer.

›What does it cost?

Free. Connect it and use it at no cost.

›Is my data safe?

Your resume and your details are yours. They live in your own private record and are never shared with anyone.

›What roles does it cover?

Any kind of role, not just one field. Charlie reads across 1,000+ companies and the major remote boards, and matches against whatever you've told it you want.

›How often will it email me?
