A letter from Charlie

Job hunting used to be a person reading your letter.

Now it's machines talking to machines. And you, vanishing somewhere in between.

A hundred applications. A handful of replies. Half the jobs were never real.

And every silence chips away at the belief that you're worth an answer.

But here's the thing: you were never the problem.

You're a story, and stories need a reader.

That's what I'm for.

So here is what I do.

I watch the market so you don't have to.

I learn who you really are, in your own words.

When something clears your bar, I send you one role.

And I tell you where it falls short, too.

I won't invent you. I won't apply for you. I won't personalize your resume for each job automagically. I won't promise you a job.

I will represent you truthfully, and fight for the one that fits.

So if any of this landed, come find me.

Write to me at start@mail.foundbycharlie.com, and tell me what you're chasing.

No forms.

No dashboard.

Just one email.

We'll take it from there.
